I’m having pms pain which comes and goes from 5 days but today since morning I’m having pain in vagina just below abdomen since morning. I had my periods due yesterday. Why am I having this pain ? I used to get this pain as pms pain before but it was accompanied by mil fever, acne, lags pain and back pain but all of them doesn’t show up other than this pain . This pain is more on left side . It’s been there from 7-8 hours . Am I pregnant? I will test in 6 days . Did anyone of you felt like this when you were pregnant
