Confused please don’t be rude

I have been sick for over a month I went to the doctor and they told me just drink lots of water and eat healthy they did a pee test for pregnancy and said it was negative but I’m nauseas, my head hurts, my back hurts and I’ve thrown up a few times I took a test and thought I saw a faint second line and my period for this month is 5 days late any advice ladies?
