Breastmilk for diaper rash?

My daughter has a diaper rash that’s SLOWLY getting better with being aired out and having butt cream but I’m wondering if breastmilk would help at all? I used my milk to help her clogged tear duct and I swear it worked so well!

Normally what you need row diaper rash is a cream that creates a seal and protects their little butts from more irritation so I don't think milk would work. 
Our midwife recommended hair drying his butt after changing for about 10 mins a day 2-3 times a day. This helped and he loved it. We still hair dry his butt after changing to dry him and just as a little treat for him.

Guess it wouldnt hurt to try. Breastmilk helped us with so much from clogged tear duct to baby acne lol.
