I had a miscarriage in July at 13 weeks. I was supposed to get a D&C but I ended up naturally miscarrying the day before my appointment and ended up in the ER with hemorrhaging. The ER resident removed whatever tissue was left in there without doing a D&C. I ended up bleeding for two weeks afterward.

My doctor said I should expect a really bad period the next time. I am starting to get symptoms that are indicating this will be happening soon. I am having borderline panic attacks on and off. I am so worried that this is going to be emotionally and physically bad. Can I wear tampons? Does anyone have any suggestions on how to face this?
