Why is my baby so low?

I’m not concerned or anything, I’m just curious as to why my baby is so low. I’m 19 weeks • 3 days and I still feel baby kicks in my pelvis when will I feel them higher up? When did you feel movement higher up?

Even at 20 weeks, the top of your uterus is at the height of your belly button (on average), so baby may still be a little lower than you think.  I’m just past 21 weeks and my kicks are still pretty low, sometimes far down in the pelvis!

I’m 26 weeks, baby is head down, and I’ve still only felt maybe a total of 5 kicks that were just over my belly button.

I’m almost 27 weeks and have only felt baby up high once. Every other time I feel her down low! My last ultrasound she was breech so that’s why I’ve been feeling kicks low!
