So when it’s bedtime, usually between 7-7:30, I really only have to rock my baby for like a minute and he falls asleep. I don’t even rock him fully to sleep, he just closes his eyes in the crib and it’s lights out. I’m so happy he’s doing this now, because it was 5 wake ups per night for four months. His sleep never changed until we switched to formula and a faster flow nipple. Seriously changed my baby for the better. He’s so happy and always content now. And he sleeps better, too!

Also, we use the Holle organic goat’s milk formula and he loves it!
