My 4 year old daughter is Eva, and my husband is so fixated on naming our son, Evan. Although pronounced differently— would you think that’s tacky, weird, funny at all? Lol

I kind of like it actually! Maybe spell it “Ivan” and pronounce it ee-vahn? I knew an Italian guy with that name and pronunciation and I loved it! 😌

I think you’re fine. I have cousins (brother and sister) names Eli and Ellie 🤷🏼‍♀️ and they’re not twins, they’re 2-3 years apart
