Anyone else have migraines?

Tylenol doesn't touch them and I don't know what other methods to try to alleviate the pain. I tried an ice pack on my neck and it filled it momentarily but not long. Any ideas?

My migraines are really bad, two to three times a week. My PCP wrote me a script for magnesium oxide... My ob and PCP are in contact, I have also seen a neurologist...

I always get them at the beginning of my second trimester. Try to avoid Tylenol every day... I like to use essential oils/aromatherapy.  Love my Badger Balm Headache Soother. Mint scents helps to open up blood flow and relieve some of the pain. Google essential oils or balms for headache relief! If all else fails, I slam a Mt Dew (rarely)... my doc said a random shot of caffiene won't hurt babu.

Can you lay down? I have to lay in a dark room with an ice pack on the back of my neck and one across my forehead. Usually it numbs the pain enough that I can sleep off most of the pain. A swig of caffeine helps too. Also peppermint oil. Ugh, they're the worst! I hope you find something that helps you

Ditto caffeine. My doc says the equivalent of up to a cup of coffee a day won't put the baby at risk, and it's the only thing that helps. I have his full blessing, I triple checked because I was nervous about it. I hope you find something that works!
