CBD while pregnant?

I have used CBD products for a while before I got pregnant because I get very bad joint pains. Now that I am pregnant I'm not sure if I should continue using it. Sometimes my joint pains are so bad they keep me up at night and now all the added symptoms of being pregnant... Anyone use CBD? Or know of a pregnancy safe substitute?

I would talk to your OB about it. I wouldn’t recommend quitting it cold turkey though. If you’re considering quitting during, I would recommend slowly reducing your intake over a few weeks. That way your body can gradually adjust to dealing with the pain again. Don’t want to put too much stress on your body (and baby). If you feel like the pain is too much without it. Continue using it until your first appointment or see if you can call your OB and ask about CBD during pregnancy.

I’ve read about ‘the best/safest CBD gummies/products’ to take while pregnant are the ones that only have ‘CBD isolate’ in them. There’s a brand I think called “Royal” or like “Royal” CBD that a lot of blogs I read about this highly recommend (of course with the approval of your doctor/doctors). Let me see if I can find the link to their website for you. 💛
I’ve been looking into CBD because I have a back injury from high school and my morning sickness has been SUPER severe some days, but I do have to admit that this brands products are a bit pricey 😅
