Could you call a Girl Ezra? (but spelt Esra)

I really love the name Ezra & personally think it sounds girly .. but know its typically a boys name & is very biblical.
But thinking if its spelt with an S instead of a z (so Esra) its not quite as male? 
Maybe? 
Or am i just asking for trouble 😂🤦‍♀️

Two completely different names. If you like Ezra just go with Ezra. I personally don’t see it as a neutral name but if it’s what you love it’s what you love. I don’t like the whole changing the spelling to try and feminize names trend.
