Guilty cravings..


Can you mammas please tell me what foods you have been eating so I don’t feel so horrible. Or advice on how to get more nutritional foods in. I am 15 weeks and have struggled so much with eating nutritional foods. I have felt so sick the majority of the time and baby seems to only like anything sweet, yummy, or fast food. I’m just feeling super guilty though because I don’t want to be harming the baby. Thank you xoxoxo
