Please do not judge me.

So I have noticed that over the years I get a loooooooot of UTI or yeast infections. They suck bad. I get them so much I feel like I just need my

Doctor to place an order every 3 months or so.

I just started to be sexually involved with a new partner. & I know it was our sex that started me UTI.

So I would like advice on two things:

1. If I have a recurring UTI or Yeast, what can I take to minimize them from happening ?

2. How can I tell my new partner that I am very sensitive and will catch one just because of our sex ?
