I have a friend at work who swears by Keto getting women pregnant has anyone heard of this?

Keto is great for most lifestyles, however.... I will say low sugar is best for your body functions in general. NO CARBS however can be bad for some bodies. There are GOOD CARBS from nuts and beans that also function as fiber. I would do LOW sugar/carb. But going fully keto, shocks the body and can actually throw off your ovulation.

My friend has PCOS and the Keto diet helped her. For her, the diet stopped the inflammation which was a huge factor in her not getting pregnant.
