The photo on the left was at the start of the year where I finally started to like my body.
The right photo is one I’m ashamed of. I let my mental health get to the point I didn’t care how much I was eating and spent most my days in bed just laying there.
After March it got worse after something that happen to me which physically changed my body and I couldn’t do anything to stop it.
I know I’m not a bad size but it took me so long to like how I looked to it changing and me feeling shit about myself.
I wanna know what you girls do to lose weight without going to a gym.
Like please help me out with some ideas on how you get fit!
