Placenta previa pain?

Anyone have complete placenta previa and experiencing sharp, stabbing pains every now and then? The two may not even be related but I’m not sure what else it could be!

My doctor hasn’t told me I have placenta previa and I’ve had an ultrasound at every appointment. But I have these sharp stabby  pains sometimes in my vagina, and crampy pains in my uterus area all the time. He said it’s just round ligament pain. I don’t think it’s related, I just think it’s normal pregnancy pains.
