Sorry long post I just don't want to feel the disappointment of a negative test again 😔 hoping maybe someone else has been through this

My period was 4 days late which never happens it's early never late and then it's been really light and only lasted 4 days usually I'm really heavy and last 7days maybe longer but I think I had stomach bug during the week which won't settle but I want it to be that I'm pregnant but I think the bug must have just knocked my period

I did a test before the bug started and it was negative but with my first baby I had loads of negative tests before I actually had a positive one but now I just think I'm trying to convince myself I am pregnant because I want another baby soo badly 😔

I've been ttc for 2 years it's soo hard
