Intense round ligament pain?

Question

I'm nearly 27 weeks and the past 2 days I've noticed really intense, sharp,extra painful round ligament pain.
Has anyone else had this happen? Is it just a growth spurt? Should i be concerned?

There are days where I'm in a lot of pain too. I highly recommend prenatal yoga. I found some great videos on YouTube and they've helped tremendously! I do it in the morning and again before bed. Life saver!
