I am 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant and for the past few weeks I have been having this pain behind my belly button. It's like someone punched me in the stomach and it just sits there. It hurts worst early mornings and when I am standing. I am desperate because I am missing to much work over this and I just want the pain to stop. Please comment and help me out. Thank you
