My baby boy has a diaper rash. I change him very frequently and I’ve been using the purple desitin but it doesn’t seem to be working. He goes next week for his circumcision and I’m worried it won’t be gone or spread by then. Do you mommies recommend any good cream or ointments that worked fast? TIA

Ladies I tried baby aquaphor and it worked amazing! By the next diaper change it was almost gone. I only had some samples but I went to Walmart today to buy one.
