How long did you sit in the back with your child?

I sat in the back with her on the way home from the hospital and maybe a few times when she was crying but other then that never.

I didn’t know this was a thing. I drove home from the hospital, so desperate to feel normal again!! I had a mirror back there so I always see him

I do occassionally if hes awake cause I like playing with him and get bored in the car anyway but hes been fine on his own and only a month old. I got a mirror so I can see him when I'm driving though

I sat in the back with her consistently for a month maybe (although we honestly didn’t go that many places that first month). Since then I sit in the back on longer car rides when we don’t want her to fall asleep and destroy her nap schedule 😂 
I won’t be able to sit back there with my next one though, with two car seats, there is no way I’m trying to squeeze in between them newly postpartum.

I only did until I was cleared to drive. For the most part I had/have to go everywhere by myself since my husband works.
