Ugh how about you guys ?

Sooo, I’m having a hard time eating healthy ! I’m 16+5 weeks Prego. I love snacks & soda. I drink water every day & id say I eat an apple or two but I’m mostly snacking on some chips & having a cup or two of some soda as well. I also take my prenatals every day.. I just don’t want it to effect how my baby is growing as I still have the same diet from before I got Prego. Should I make some changes ? & how did you guys try to stop getting snack/soda on a regular.
