Very itchy no infection!!

I am 17 weeks pregnant and very itchy!!! I’ve been incredibly itchy since the start of my second trimester down there!! I’ve scratched myself from itching so hard. I have no infection and no odour or weird discharge everything is normal but I am so bloody itchy and I do not know what it is. Sometimes I scratch and I get super red so please tell me if this is normal and how to ease it!!
