I’m 5 weeks pregnant and ate dinner at this restaurant like and hour ago. Sorry to be TMI but I now have bad diarrhea that’s like watery sand consistency. Right before it came out I was having abdominal pain like I had horrible gas or something. So it all made sense. No vomiting or anything and my abdominal pain has pretty much subsided. Still some discomfort but it seems higher up like closer to my stomach rather than my intestinal tract.

Could this be food poisoning? And could it cause me to have a miscarriage?
