Laying in back?

Question

When are you suppose to stop laying flat on your back during the course of the pregnancy. I’ve been trying to be more on my side but sometimes it’s not comfy . I’m 10 weeks tomorrow

After 20w u can’t lay on your back u r fine laying on your back this early,see me I’m 21w and I’m so use to laying on my back I catch myself laying on my back and half to switch positions it’s aggravating but gotta deal with it .🤦🏾‍♀️💁🏾‍♀️

I was told to stop by the 18th week.

Closer to 20 weeks I believe! I got a pregnancy pillow so it helped me to stay on my side and not roll over.

Lay however is comfortable your body will tell you when it’s no longer comfortable. I laid on my back here and there til 36 weeks I now have a healthy 6.5 week old boy

Usually 2nd trimester, but I started to get out of the habit earlier. There were still times I'd catch myself laying on my back or I'd wake up on my back. 3rd trimester is when I could actually start to tell my body didn't like being on it's back so it was easier to stay off of it

My OB said lay how your comfortable. Your body will tell you when it’s time to move.
