Thinking about getting an IUD

My fiancé and I are in a monogamous relationship and plan to get married and have kids one day.

I’m wondering about getting g one because on the pills I’ve had increased weight gain and my breasts got bigger (from a 38C to a 40DD). My fiancé and I have talked about it some and I’m thinking of making an appointment with my OB/GYN but to anyone that has an IUD and wouldn’t mind giving some advice- my fiancé’s package is quite large and he is afraid he could “poke” it or dislocate it from where it is supposed to be or that he could possibly feel it.

Is this true?

I’m just worried about my weight, breasts, and that I might feel it all or most of the time.
