Glucose screening

I had the test last week. Today they told me the result was not normal and i have to do the one which is 3 hours long.

Anyone told same as me? And what the second result was? Also if you have diabetes during pregnancy how was the baby after born? And how did you born it by c section or normal? 😭😔
