What do y’all see?

I had a period last month (July) haven’t had a period at all for August. I went to the health department 8-6-19 and pregnancy test showed negative I got a the pills took them for three days then stopped cause I was feeling weird .. I took this an the VERY FAINT LINE INSTANTLY POPPED UP . What do you guys think?
