Hi anyone reccomend a Vitamin D brand from tesco superdrug boots ect for pregnancy I've already started taking folic acid but heard that I need vitamin D to ?

I use seven seas pregnancy Hun and they have folic acid vitamin D iron ginger to help with sickness and loads of other stuff x 
They do them in Asda Superdrug Tesco everywhere x

Buy a prenatal vitamin, they have everything you need and will save you taking two. Boots own brand aren’t great, they taste chalky and made me sick in my first pregnancy.

I highly recommend Cytoplan, it's Not from those stores but online UK brand. I've used them for most my vitamins and really trust the brand. I still order from them now that I'm in France because I'm so picky with the company's I choose.

A prenatal vitamin supplement normal have both D-Vitamin, folic acid/folate, iron and a bunch more it's good to take while pregnant. I'm guessing it's a bit cheaper than buying them separately too.
