My son had a fever of 101.1. I gave him Motrin an hour and a half ago, and his temp is still 99.5

It’s the middle of the night here, so I can’t call the doctor this second, but I plan on it once they open (5 hours)

I know 99.5 is not a fever but I am going to be nervous about his temp goes back to normal

Is there anything else I can do?! I feel like at this point the Motrin should have worked!
