I used it first time last month and I got pregnant in first try. I don't know if that helped or not but I got pregnant immediately .

It worked for us! But I only used it as lube. I didn't like the idea of having to deal with inserting it as a suppository 15 minutes prior. To much planning and not romantic at all. Just using it as regular lube worked for us! We TTC for 4 months without it, after one month with it, we were prego! We BDed once a day, everyday starting a few days before my fertility windo, ending a few days after. Best of luck!!
