What could this be?

Little man has a ‘rash’ of some sort in his face and leg. I’ve tried breastmilk, eczema cream, coconut oil and nothing seems to be clearing it up. Any suggestions? I plan on calling the pediatrician this week.

Almost looks like ring worm to me because they're like little circles. But I'd certainly hope it's not that. I'd call pediatrician ASAP and if any other symptoms develop, going to the ER.

My mom worked as a director of a daycare and said it looks like ring worm or they were bit and it got infected, but likely ring worm

Doc said it was eczema. Started him on steroid cream.

Did you try hydrocortisone?  My Dr told me to use it on my son's elbow that looked just like that.
