14 dpo and nauseous

Hello ladies

Yesterday I tested using the equate blue dye pregnancy test and it seem like a positive and many said here that is is indeed a positive well anyways I tested again today and it was negative. My period is late by two days and I’m so nauseous. I have no other symptoms beside nausea. Could the test be a false positive. Here is the yesterday test and today’s. I honestly don’t know what is going on.
