I'm a FTM and I've seen a lot about back labor and how awful it is.
I was so excited to get to my due date (oct.22) but now I'm very nervous. I'm 2cm and 60-70% effaced- which would be exciting except now I want to slow down haha
She said to avoid an epidural as long as possible to keep things moving and so he doesn't get stuck/stressed out and ending up with a c-section.
