Trying to conceive

jezika • I`m 23 years old have 3 daughters, want to conceive one more hope is a boy. My husband and I were high school sweethearts. Now we both are agreeing to have one more try to have a boy.
I just removed my IUD, yesterday can I get pregnant immediately after the removal. My husband and I are trying to conceive. But I've heard everywhere I will not get pregnant and others I will can anyone help?....
