Positive test and not...

Hi, I’ve tested at home on Friday (7DP5DT) and both tests showed positive results (clear blue showed 1-2 weeks pregnant). But today (Sunday 9dp5dt) I tested again and response is negative one one test where clear blue shows still 1-2 weeks pregnant. It’s a no, right?
