Is this tea safe to drink in pregnancy? Google seems to say yeah as it’s caffeine free etc. But just wondered if anyone knows? Tia 😊

I’d look at the ingredients list. I’ve heard hibiscus is in a lot of teas and can cause problems in early pregnancy.

Depends on the ingredients. A lot of herbs are not recommended during pregnancy. The name says raspberry, but is it dried raspberries or raspberry leaf? Raspberry leaf is good in moderation for the third trimester in the weeks leading up to labor, however any earlier, it can cause preterm labor and contractions. Same thing with peppermint tea. I’ve heard conflicting info about chamomile tea as well.

I looked up the ingredients, and it has hibiscus, rose hips and licorice in it. I avoided those, probably in an excess of caution. Ask your doc.
