Help!
I just took a pregnancy test this morning and turns out I’m pregnant 🤰🏽🤗😁 it’s my first pregnancy what do I do now I obviously know I’ll make an appointment tomorrow what do I say do I just tell them I took a home pregnancy test and it came out positive is there something I need to do before my appointment? Help ladies please ! I would ask family but I don’t want to tell them until I know for sure everything is going good
