TMI But is this normal?

At 5w5d I had pinkish brown mucous looking discharge when I wiped after using the restroom. This lasted until the next day. I had a few cramps here and there but nothing major. I’m now 6w and everything seems to be back to normal. Can’t see my doctor until tomorrow so just wondering if anyone else experienced this and still went on to have a healthy pregnancy?

I had pink spotting / mucus at 5 weeks 5 days and I'm now 9 weeks 2 days and have seen the baby twice with heartbeat (although I'm still very anxious and want to get to my 12 week scan)

Definitely bring it up at your appointment, but generally spotting and even bleeding could be normal as long as you’re not soaking through a pad.

probably old blood from your laaast cycle. if the pain is persistent and you go through a pad then i’d be alarmed but this sounds normal.
fresh blood would be bright red.
bring it up at your next appointment though just to be safe ☺️
