Delayed ejaculation

My husband is suffering from "delayed ejaculation" . It seems that this is quite rare compared to "premature ejaculation". He couldn't ejaculate in me hence making our TTCing difficult. We were married for only few years. Initially I thought he wasn't interested in me, but seems that he has difficulty to ejaculate since young (approximate 30mins,can prolong until 1 hour). Sadly enough that he cannot satisfy himself except trying to Masturbate it out...

For TTC wise, we decided to go for IUi/IVF. However I was wondering is there anyone else having same issues? And how u guys deal with it? Any tips? Thank u.
