I know for most women, your natural fertility is heightened after pregnancy... But I'm not sure if this applies to PCOS ladies as well? We did 18mo of treatments to achieve sucessful ovulation only 3 times before I got pregnant with twins. I'm definitely NOT going to be wanting to get pregnant again anytime soon after struggling through a high risk and difficult pregnancy. My twins will be here in less than 2 days, so we have plenty of time before there is even a thought of being intimate again, but I was curious if we were more fertile too.
