Hey girls so my son is African American, Mexican with a dash of White lol & he was born with very straight hair, but it gets super curly when it gets wet so after bath, when he sweats or even when spits up in his hair 😂 but anywho my hair is between wavy & his fathers hair is super kinky so I can’t wait to see what it’ll turn out to be. Before, after he’d get a bath I’d brush his hair out & it’d lay perfectly straight now the hair doesn’t want to lay it just stays super wavy. So I’m taking that as his texture is finally starting to come in so I’m super excited about that. However once it dries it’s not as curly anymore just sort of wavy & messy. For anyone who has mixed race kids who were born with striaght hair when did their texture/curls finally come in?
