Omega 3 supplement
Is taking omega 3 safe during pregnancy? I take maxepa forte ( seven seas ) capsules..and think about stopping them due to it’s annoying side effects such as nausea and bloating ..I know they’re healthy snd all but my doc said some brands have high concentration levels of mercury and this one should be ok ..I’m kinda worried...does it do any good to you during pregnancy ?
