trying to figure out what’s on my lips:(

i’ve been blood tested for hsv1 & negative. it’s been almost 4 days since this appeared & i literally have no idea what to do about it.. i’ve been dating 1 person for over a year now & got tested before & during.. it could just be bacteria, idk. it’s starting to upset me because it’s not making any efforts to heal other than scabbing & then reappearing.
