Hi ladies

I came off the patch on the first cycle it shows and I bled for the week and then the next month came where I was a little late but not too bad from how my period was before I had my son. But I was meant to start today and nothing has came. I’ve had unprotected sex during this time but it did take me a while to try and conceive my little boy. I took a test a few days ago what came up negative.

Any advice?
