Lose weight while pregnant?

Question

Has anyone safely lost a little weight while pregnant in second trimester??
If it’s possible I’d like to try to lose a few lbs bc my blood pressure seems to be elevating.

I lost about a pound after gaining 16. I also didn’t gain more in that month span. I began tracking my calories and watching my macros. The next month I stopped  tracking and gained 8 pounds. You can intentionally lose weight for health while pregnant.

I lost 20 25 lbs during my pregnancy. Never was told to watch out from my dr. As long as your staying healthy and so is your baby losing weight isnt normally an issue.

I've lost almost 20lbs sense becoming pregnant. Mostly do to nause. Still in my normal clothes also because of it. 21 weeks rn.

I lost weight up until 16 weeks (about 8-10lbs). Then at my 20 week checkup I was up 1lb (so still down overall). My understanding is that as an overweight woman I should only gain what the baby, fluid etc weighs.

I always lose weight in my pregnancies. Pre pregnancy weight I was 254 now I’m 257 and I’m 36 weeks. Doctors never bring up my weight.

I was low carb, no sigar before I got pregnant and lost 65 lbs. In May I decided to go off low carb, still eating healthy but also be able to give into some sugar cravings. I gained about 18 lbs between then and now and I regret adding in any sugar so we just started backup on low carb, but keeping fruits in my diet. I am hoping this helps keep my weight gain lower.
