I miscarried and my beat friend is pregnant

I want to congratulate her and tell her how excited I am for her, but I can't. I'm 1 day post miscarriage and I'm cramping and passing huge clots/ tissue. I get two miscarriages and she gets a healthy baby. All I can do is cry. I hate my body and how it continues to betray me.
