PCOS ?

So I had a ruptured cyst in March it’s was remarkably big and cause internal bleeding which led to emergency surgery and a 4 days hospital stay . I had an ultrasound this past Friday because I have extreme pain in my right side . The ultrasound took one look and immediately said I have a 2cm cyst on my right ovary and I have A lot of follicles on Both ovarys and said she deals with PCOS patients everyday and said my ovarys look like PCOS ovarys . My doctor just called back and said my ultrasound film was normal which I am shocked because the tech told me this many follicles on ovaries aren’t very normal . Should I trust what my doctor has said or go to an actual OBGYN and see what they say ? The nurse that called me back with my results even thought it was wierd they said it was all normal ? Me and my SO have tried having a baby and it never sticks and I’m constantly having pain in my sides .
