Am I pregnant?!?! Is this it?

6 days late. I took 2 and they are the same. NOT FMU. I have nausea and sore breast. Cramps in my lower back and front.

Am I going insane?

Also I usually have a regular period but this month I didn’t track bbt or ovulation so I don’t really know how many dpo I am. I only know I missed my period lol
