I am currently a supervisor over 3 staff members. In the last year, two of them have gotten pregnant and the other one has been going to the doctor frequently and being secretive about the reasons so It’s only a matter of time before she announces hers too. As their supervisor, i have to continuously cover their workload when they go out on maternity leave and I have to listen to all the details of their pregnancies with everyone in the office oohing and ahhing over them. It’s just so frustrating. I’m the only one at my office without children. We have been trying for 2 years with no luck at all and I’ve never seen a bfp. This is so frustrating.
