Got our positive at homes tests at 4 weeks, saw our family doctor and he order blood tests and ultrasounds to confirm date. My hcg levels at that time were 1367 and the ultrasound had to be read. We were thrilled and told our parents. I got the ultrasound report back today and the radiologist states he didn’t see signs of intrauterine pregnancy and there was a moderate amount of free pelvic fluid. I know 4 weeks is early for an ultrasound, but I’m nervous. Has anyone else had a 4 week ultrasound, and if so, what showed up?
